You receive a unique QR code and branded link (e.g. yourmortgagetoolbox.com/branded-mobile-app/agent/yourname) when you sign up. Share these anywhere — business cards, flyers, your website, email signature, social media, or text message. Your clients scan or tap the link, download the standard app for free from Apple App Store or Google Play, and the app instantly shows your photo, name, contact info, and brand colors. There is no separate "version" of the app per agent.
Yes! Your branding is loaded from a live server every time the app opens — it is not baked into a specific app version. So when we update your configuration file, your clients will see the new information the next time they launch the app. No reinstall required.
Your first 3 configuration changes are included free. After that, each additional change is $25 per submission. We'll contact you and send a secure payment link before processing any paid change. Tip: bundle multiple updates (new photo + new phone + new color) into a single submission to use only one slot.
Your subscription renews annually at $99/year. You'll receive a renewal notice by email before the due date. You can pay the renewal through the same Stripe link or by contacting us. If a subscription lapses, your branding will stop appearing in the app — clients will see the default YMT screen until the subscription is reinstated. No data is deleted, and reinstatement is instant once payment is confirmed.
Absolutely. Submit a configuration change request with your updated company name, colors, email, phone, and website. Your existing QR code and branded link continue to work — there's no need to get a new link or notify your clients.
Submit a support ticket (Billing type) or email info@yourmortgagetoolbox.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current subscription period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, but we're always happy to discuss your situation if something came up.
